HI, haha finally i posted, yes i know you all say my blog rusted liao. hee hee holidays are meant for going out and playing to the max, and yup i was doing just that. Cant recall EVERYTHING and especially now that SCH...YES the final year has started. i shall do it in a nutshell, collage style haha. Click on the banner on the left for a bigger view of what i have been doing for the past 2 weeks before school started haha.

Fishing, hanging out for sher, soccer, malaysia, baybeats, timbre, Georges, Balaclava and yes unbelievable, KTV with sher haha

Shd be enough fun for me to have no regrets turning into a nerd for the final year haha. keeping my fingers crossed. No Hostel means home stay for me, well not too bad i guessed. hanging out with my siblings more and housekeeping BAOed by my mum. haha finally got my room up and going thanks to Nas and Liu.... really needed it man. (room deco will be introduced!!)

School has started and yup ITS SIANZ i know. year 4 not just about FYP but tons of shit projects too. got a cute FYP partner (sorry guys shes attached) and ya we got a pretty tough project on our hands haha but think we should be able to pull it through, provided me and char dun fall into slackers mode! haha.......more on sch soon.....its 5am now

Worked one month liao, salary get stuck..............Since thats the case, can i get stuck at hm? ARGH!!! Bad tuesday, hopefully the soccer session will be bloody good later.

Realised i've been using super lousy english on my blog....... probably due to too much last min blogging or the late nights have damaged my brain's language dept. Had a pretty good laugh while going through some of my old posts........time to backtrack and do some editing on my posts.

Anyway, Live Earth weekend is over. Other than the Mega watts power consumption for the global concerts and staging of HUGE TV screening of the event locally, seems like our local marketing geniuses feel like putting the nails into our earth's coffin.

i am seriously not against the Bring your own bag attempt to reduce the plastic usage every month but since then everywhere is selling recycle bags.

It has become the IN thing nowadays. probably all major supermarkets have their unique bags and even designers are riding the hype with "green" bags...... check out the Anya Hindmarch team's sell out "I AM NOT A PLASTIC BAG" Its ideology behind the bag aside, is it helping? haha lastly, the cherry atop the icecream....... Old Chang Kee recycle bags to keep all the deep fried goodies anyone???

Haha, yup ang mos really cant take the king of fruits. Brought 2 americans, Jason and Eric and a french, Brice to taste the amazing fruit. haha they think they will blank out after smelling the fruit from across the road. These dudes were on summer program in boring NTU, so sherlyn and I decided to spice up their life a bit after hearing their complains, SG NO PLACE TO GO ONE. haha

Got them to try frog porridge, they thought it was pretty alrite till eric was so sure he had taken the frog's pelvis part.......think he was probably think it left a funny after taste in his mouth haha. we walked down to the you tiao shop for some bean curd and deserts before heading to the durians (fruits for digestion) challenge. haha

ordered only 2 durian, and i think it was me who ate the 2 durians loh, the 4 big men ate only 4 bites la (totally waste of the king of fruits' seeds). After which, i brought them down the infamous Lorongs of Geylang. haha think i totally freaked them out that day, showing them the "chickens" out on the street. haha you would have laughed at their faces when they were grabbed by the arms!!! ok next up FAREWELL NATIONAL STADIUM!!!

Penyabong fishing trip

OK, i know this is long overdue, but hey...its never too late right? haha anyway me and my fishing kakis, liu and nas decided that we must go for our fishing trip...we been saying for donkey years la, haha. we got our stuffs, the live prawns and equipment and off we went in the middle of the nite, stopping only for gas and RAMLI BURGER (dun ask me why no pics, i slpin in car haha) 3 hrs to PENYABONG!!! when we reach there it was really late and we put up at nas's kampong friends place. no lights and bathing from a well really make me feel like in a kampong. SHIOK!!! ok i been lazy prior to the trip so only got to tie my rigs when we reach there.... torn the whole nite loh.

YAWNZ, the family sells glutinous rice with spicy mackerel at mersing, IT TASTE SHIOK LA. wonder why dun have such good ones in SG haha. Me and liu had our bf while the rest did their prayers. we cant wait to start fishing haha. the jetty was packed with ....SG CARS -_- ". apparently many people take boats from that jetty either for fishing or the nearby islands. the jetty is exactly the same since i last went there. nostalgic woh. we drag our overpacked stuffs onto the boat and off we go..
Although we didnt get any BIGGIES for the trip which we were aiming for, jigging was good. I realised after the trip, the saying, "where the birds are, the fishes lies waiting" actually got some truth. we hooked up fishes for i think a non stop 2 hrs! woot! We went to a particular spot where there were actually poles sticking out of the water.........WE SAW a school of Wild dolphins!!! "hey take camera leh,......" all only know how to say but kept staring at them wahaha.

Nas's dad got pretty sea sick when we starting our night fishing, we decided to drop him off and bring some of our catch to cook at their kampong restaurant. I LOVE FRESH SEAFOOD haha, the mee goreng there is SURDUP!!! see all our happy faces, haha later all suffer after the full stomach, think all got giggy after we went back to the sea for the rest of the night.
We returned back to solid ground the next morning, where we rested our sun roasted bodies and enjoyed the rest of the afternoon in the kampong. see the road, the sides of the road is full of cow dung. the cows get to wonder ard freely. hey "sky shit" cow dung your relative? the place we stayed at is pretty good and better off than most other kampong houses as the guy was considerably wealthier in the village. after washing up and a hearty meal we left for chendol at mersing haha me? slp and slp in the car wahaha......... cant wait to go back there again

1) Not sure if you label this as weird......my friends call me social butterfly and yup i love to be in the company of my buds and pals and of cos my sweetheart. But deep down, i'm still a lone ranger...yup including traveling alone.....my journeys in the states made me realised that haha. of cos sherlyn hate that but i believe that time to yourself is very very important and i dun mean locking urself from the world just becos you are down or pissed with sth. Think some of you out there will agree with me, TRY IT.... of cos dun tell your gf or bf i say one, think they probably will chop me. haha haiz, cant wait to hit the road.
2) most boys out there my age are probably obsessed with wheels or rather CARS.....but nope, I LOVE TOYS....yup even at my age...... game cards...munchkin etc!!!! Marvel figurines! comics! haha. yup this explain why alex is always so freaking poor although i think i spend considerably more on FOOD......$ spent on food is dangerous wahaha. yup those who dun noe me would probably be thinking this stupid alex is some LAO WAN TONG wahahaha. TRANSFORMERS!!! go go go haha.

3) shit i running out of weird stuffs, haha told you people i very normal one. hmmm i think most people have weird eating habits bah....heres one of mine. most people know i love chilli, but i guess wont know wat i eat chilli with.......hmmm heres some of the stuffs.......bread, marshed potato, plain porridge, potato chips and hmmm anything.......

4) for the lazy ass i am, u'll be surprised that i label slp as a waste of time wahahaha. I hate taking naps in the afternoon, but then again, you wont find me doing anything constructive also. probably playing soccer, using the comp surfing the world wide web or just plain slacking. wahaha i slp only when i am dead tired or on sherlyn's bed. think her bed got some drozzy virus, everything go find her, lay down on her bed.............she would hear me snoring liao wahahaha.

5) my fave comics are actually Dilbert and Baby blues wahaha........spiderman is actually just my fave comic character wahaha (is this considered weird?) hmmm my life ambition is actually be a house husband, cook and relax, do the groceries. this one probably is weird, i enjoy walking supermarkets than super shopping malls. wahahaha?

6) I used to love the idea of keeping exotic pets haha, ITS ILLEGAL btw and actually by getting those poor animals you would be supporting the black market for them. I've kept a scorpion before and my campmates ended up calling me piranha scorpion alex wahaha. the piranha is up to your imagination then, perhaps i have a tank of them to get rid pple i find annoying. but relax, that weird part is over, now wat i wan is to set up a mini small fish tank k! :)

The world is never full of strangers, but friends yet to know....... I'm glad to know these bunch of people during my half year at the boring place (work i mean). These people spark up the dull workplace haha and i will miss the fun joy and laughter we all chip in to light up each others' day.

the mini outings and time at my "interns home" probably did help foster some true friendship haha. oh yah, about the above collage, Aska the superwoman wananbe was the mascot for the NTU peeps last day wahahaha. Its been quite a while since i last blog!!! thanks for the kind nudging, vilo and Aska. haha IA all over now (yah i haven blog about the last day yet) haha, next post will be on that k. Back in camp, travelling to SAFTI every day is really tiring and thus ......excuses for not blogging. haha

well, missed the friends i've made at Hyflux. will still get to see those NTU ones so lets just hope my paths with the NUS ones will still cross once in a while la. man u sis, i shall see u next season wahahaha. just some random pics btw now and then since i blogged. haha yup Irene is pregnant again, think jian ming got to buy additional sports car for them in future. Zhiyu dun jealous k, ITS KRISPY KREME. some one in office bought it from HK..........drool by just seeing them....no joke k.

glad to be back at work, really running low on M. fishing trips, new school term coming.....money come quick hahaha... got my FYP project liao but still pretty lazy on seeing my sup wahaha. cant wait to get a hall. haiz so many people grad liao, think i shall have the peace and quiet to focus on studies next sem wahahaha... must limit chill out sessions.

Soccer season is back, 407 united in the building!!! haiz means i got to revamp the team's blog soon.... another project.........well, life's short....got to get going again.

the highlight of the trip!!!! MELAKA's GRILLED FISH!!! just look at the spread of fresh seafood caught daily that we can choose. hee hee hee

the best there is, burnt black on the outside, tender sweet fish on the inside, u will love this fish no seasoning woah

along with the fish, there is also tiny packets of nasi lemaks!!! haha small but big on taste k.... just rice, sambal with ikan bilis!!! SHIOK

Finally i am bloggin about 2 weeks ago, haha hopefully i dun do laggy posts like 'sky shit's' blog haha. Finally the NTU people have finished their exams!!!! and boy is it time for some short road trips and fishing to come. Me, ash, liu, nasrul, keith, jamie and sherlyn are hungry people on a mission

the day started bright and early, nasrul and side-kick ah liu got the journey plan, a first top up at local petrol kiosk before we set off for the second link!!!! its gonna be a makan road trip!!!

Last thurs was another Timbre nite!, having never been to timbre on a thurs nite b4, i was looking fwd to what music actually awaits me. Since matt was going to be late, me and junhan decided to head down to the Museum to burn some time before the music.................and WOOT! didnt expect so MUCH Lamborghinis to be waiting for us!!! it was a launch party of the new 100kg lighter Gallarado!!! COOL!

More surprises awaited us as it turns out that the nite's music was by ublues - universal blues band. Danny Loong, the owner of timbre plays the lead and keys on the far left. They started Down Under but now based in Sg, probably our biggest local band export ever - with an internationally acclaimed album - get on the blues train. haha i am not a vivid blues listener, but they're pretty good, and yup you dont get to see them playing often.

the trio of friends from Overdrive 2006, me rahmat and Jh (also my roomie last semester). the 2 of them are the music experts haha matt who strings and sings for Sponge, while junhan is the bass man for Stentorian. We had a good time tokking about a particular alien who have to carry his balls in his bag.....dont ask me who. setting up a daily clicks on the right of the blog, u can find their myspace music there..

the stars of the night, serena and rahmat! happy get together!!! matt was just dating her while we were chilling at wala wala the other time, and now they're together haha. they're an interesting pair.......serena will rant at matt, "you go straight down to hell, not the 18th but the 20th!!!" while matt's lines are probably too harsh for blogging, "&%*$******&". haha.......well thats it for the nite..........still got the entire weekend to blog about haha

Brought a 22 year old ger on an excursion trip to the red dot museum and URA building. Anyway thats her taking pics, with me of cos behind directing her shots!! wahaha check out some of the pics she took: Red dot She quite the mountain tortoise one. everything only,"wah, wah!" Anyway all of you should check out MAAD bazzar (dont ask me wats MAAD) at the red dot museum just across tanjong pagar mrt station. 1st weekend every month with free entry and YES, free booze, i got a bottle of erdinger white. SONG BO! local art works, jewelleries and even poems on sale haha cool! dont say i didnt warn u, u need cash and stuffs are not that cheap.
Love this collage display in the museum..........kinda of cool, wonder if i can do sth like that on my own......hmmmmm

Hostel Evacuation

Its time to go back to sch!!! haven really been back sch to hall after the Inter-hall games season. Haha, all the time i was back was just to the MSE building to look for sherlyn. Moving out of Hall 15!!!......but who knows, i might end up there again. Went with Nas, Cx and Jo back to the west in the ridiculously early morning, haha before heading to the bunk. 2 men room, with 3 men stuffs haha. we took longer than Jo to pack.......guys have lotsa stuffs too.

1442, haha my room number, remember to buy 4D hor, maybe i should get it too........ it was nice staying in a new hall compared to the other ancient ones in NTU, but i guess its time to go to a newer one!!! haha...........

Another sinful day of lazy slacking and indulging in any other things but work!!! haha I have decided!!!! PX-200 it shall be!!! it doesnt help when nasrul recommends it while dangling a $50 dollars voucher haha.

He himself got a PXC-300, everywhere shall be his library liao, with that noise cancellation, think he can study in the midst of NTU's canteen A lunch peak hour!!! hahaha tried it at his place, really brings the music to life..... no joke

haiz so much to do again, and yet i am doing the wrong things, going Ikea shopping (bought a table and book shelf), planning fishing trips...........ARGH.......i'm hopless!!!

Nice having the afternoon off from work, catching up with the slacking pple who finished exams. nas, cx and ah liu.............dun noe how can i possibly get back to study form next semester.......shall sort this out later haha!!! Housemaid Mayday

Haha, Mayday!!! haha feels good to have a holiday in the middle of the week, gets the week going easier also.

Enjoyed totally my soccer session in the morning, but 3+ hours in the morning, no wonder i got my sunburn! (got to enjoy all my remaining soccer sessions b4 i officially become lame) but lets leave that worry for another day eh.

Mum was busy at my grandma place, thus i decided to be the house-maid for the day, went to do shopping @ NTUC (not orchard k) for dinner, green curry chicken and broccoli. hee hee.

dinner was good, but lazy to post pics, haha pretty tiring considering that i just finished soccer. haiz.....and my idiot bro only keep yelling....."hungry" haha

decided to try rachel's baking blog's recipe: thelazychef!!! haha i modified her blueberry mini cupcakes with raisins also...............it was good!!! haha the feminine side of mojo haha!!!
brought some to work for my IA peeps, haha got some good responses.......hmmm pastry sure can make pple happy eh......................

The recipe was pretty simple and the only thing i complained about was the price of dried blueberries....100g = $9.90 (ARGH!)

Delivered the 1st batch of blueberries cupcakes for sherlyn, haha she was mugging as usual........... feels good doing so much in a day..........but then again still got so many to do....argh!!!

Man utd lost miserably to Milan 3-0, haiz, but then again experience probably counts..........1 hand couldnt probably count the number of players they have in the team that have already won a champions league medal before. the better team won in the end! good luck to Milan for the finals.....will be looking out for Maldini to lead them probably for the last time!

Me and sherlyn decided to be arty farty this weekend and go see the Leslie Kee exhibition at the National Museum. haha i didnt knew he was having a free exhibition there till sherlyn told me, haha. anyway, after reading up on him, i can only say i'm impressed. darn, i need to be focused.......... anyway Superstars @National Museum go check his site out!!!
after which we met up with dear lee wei for her STEAMBOAT TREAT..... yummy but i am too much of a glutton and left the cam in the car....oops hahaha
MAN U RULES........ 4-2 away at everton..........i am so going to see the second leg at San Siro

Anyway the museum was celebrating the 20th anniversary of its Film festival.........as usual i missed most of the films, sth to keep in mind for next year's

Last week was probably the worst week so far in IA. So busy with the work and so many things happening. Never designed so many posters in one go before with so many other SK....... lucky Ah Du is a good guy. never PS-ed so much in office before but its quite fun hahaha. shd have asked aska to do some of it!!!haha didnt know i can make sherlyn's eye so scary!!!!I am seriously not a family person, think probably met my relatives more times last week than i normally do in a year...... probably something to think about. shuffling btw work and the wake was no fun, lucky sherlyn always able to come down and pei me at night. thanks to those who managed to drop by .anyway this is the naughtiest 3 year old kid in the world. fearless and devastating.........watch out world......haha this is one of the very very very rare pic of him been subdued........priceless...

Had a good weekend before the start of the week and the rest was hellish busy.......probably part of it caused by my LAZINESS!!! hahaha. The other 2 BABAs (they baba not me, wahahaha) has done a better job on PS-ing and updating on the weekend, so hee hee hee, i shall have my work cut just check out the wala and starbucks pics at these links....... sat nite!!! sun!!!. Think i earned another nickname, "Laptop helpdesk" WAHAHA. my 2 "clients" are not easy task..... ASKA the itchy hand who try to format a partition, install photoshop and msn at the same time, and top it off by transferring music........... no wonder her lappy need formatting wahahahaha

Spent the week till now as PS-Superman, got tasked to design posters for an exhibition and man, did i push my lappy to the edge, A1 size posters workspace is siong!!! well, sorry lw, was really busy rushing these work, didnt know u have been through a tough week, Gambate!!!

Well, after cursing the work, the weekend is finally coming!!! Yeah, sherlyn just got thru the supposing last PAPER in her NTU life.......hahaha i bet its not the last. We both were tired so decided to have dinner at bugis......settled for Seoul Garden....man, think the last time i ate there was during my army days........haha dun think i can stomach buffets like i used to anymoreWell, like i said, these is definitely not my standard haha, but me and sherlyn are piggyS enough liao. both of us were real slpy, wonder wat am i still doing at this time wahaha.....really looking fwd to the weekends, hey dudes and babes stuck at hall or home burning midnight oil, study hard hor.....

Let me see, where shall i begin??? Anyway if u are wondering if i am crazy blogging at this hour, i'm not! Just that the usual lazy alex got himself into doing last min work once again!!!

Haven said much of my IA life, (i can hear the BOOs and the PUIs coming in, those studying jealous rite?) and of cos cant compare to poor lee wei target meeting life hor!!! wahaha i am really evil!!!

SERIOUSLY, i can really learn nothing at my workplace! Haiz, sad i know but tats life. (its short, rock on pple) Lucky for me, while everyone (that incl u, SHERLYN) are busy studying, mugging like no tml.....sad rite? I managed to make some new friends with the other interns............. the NUS ones are from wheeeee chem engin!!! (i know they carry the nerd tag right, but they can be pretty cool pple also) These pple form my current core group of interaction everyday, we slack together, open lunch chats way b4 12, sneak out for tea break (its actually my idea) etc.......( i hope no SUPs read blogs)

Ok, apparently i think i am the lousiest guy there, who drinks, is wild, behave badly and loud over there, so its nice that they all accepted me wahaha. ( not to make myself sound too bad, theres a fair share of Siao Zhar bors also wahaha). But when my poor gf is busy mugging, i have a few of them as my chill out/tok cock buds.
Anyway, we celebrated another intern's bday today....oops it was yday (forgot the time) its Aska YoYo. I call her the PS-Diva, Geisha (pls dun ask me wat she do at lvl 6 to earn this name), Kai Xin Guo ( me and vivian totally agree), she calls herself, jukebox, K-box, youtube watever la wahaha. It was her 22 bday and of cos, HAPPY BIRTHDAY my fellow Man u fan.

to her for my 1st IA month Not that i am not introducing my very attractive and single dear sis, Lee Wei here (those interested, take a number and contact me), but blogging abt Aska is kinda of a in-thing in my IA group (right yuan li???) I initially tot this babe was some dao ger, and i probably didnt really tokwahaha. till we broke the ice when we happen to wear the same man u jersey one fine day, wahaha it was funny, i started calling her my man u sister, and realised man, this dao ger know a thing or 2 about soccer eh (van, u still rock k)........ so we realised we kind of click, when we both do PhotoShop and idolise Karen Cheng.......1 hell of a hot mama (with 2 lovely kids)

currently Armed with her dangerous braces, she bites!!! other than always drooling about cute guys and squeaking out funny songs, shes a pretty great pal to hang out with and tok to. She can continuously belts out super funny jokes every now and then.....thats why me and vivian call her kai xin guo!!! even sherlyn say she got a happy blog wahaha.......i label it more of a glutton blog!

Apart of the supposed WILD side, this ger actually very guai one. Surprisingly guai! and mature too.........(aska, dun your head get too big). Sat and Sun of the long easter break.....hmmm spent most of the time with my poor Sherlyn, who got to study through her Permanent Head Damage papers. Wasnt the best of weekends, especially Man Utd lead got cut by half.......chelsea's 9th 1-0 win of the season. was cursing and swearing when Aska updated the scores..... PUI!!!
didnt do much else other than watching my series and sitcoms and slp of cos.......those who do not have much to do lately, this is a must watch!

The characters inside are so funny, the everloving couple lily and marshall, Ted the ....... male lead(u determine if hes a loser or a cute guy on your own), Robin aka news anchor(haha), my babe of choice and barney is the irritating idiot, whos rich and u have absolutly no idea wat hes working as.... i'm nearing the end of season 1. Ted met this girl, Victoria....well. i still prefer robin any other time but sherlyn keep insisting victoria........ can some one pls watch and tok to me on it!!!
I realised i tried 3 new beers over the easter period while having cheesecake with lee wei, haha her cheese cake factory dun have really good american cheese....sad for her.....wats sadder was my stupid bet with her....now i end up in debt! Easter Holiday Part 1

HAHA, finally got the pics done!!! Well, Its the LONG WEEKEND!!! WOOPIEEE!!! Started on thursday for me actually! Took a half day to settle some bills, medical appt and caught up with me softball pals!!!

Anyway happie BIRD-day to my intern friend zi jia, u will always be the siao zhar bor in Hyflux...
rushing to Clarke Quay then to CGH then to Suntec kenny rogers is no fun k, super rush..... and its not even evening...PUI!!!

No space at suntec, so we went to marina Sq instead (we all agreed that its too bright there wahaha, time to tone down your lightings kenny!) It was nice meeting the gang, Derrick, Si jia, roy, gary, jo and tangie. Jeff and Kw......u 2 no count) too bad eunice aka ah mah couldnt join us.

We headed down to Dempsey Road to chill and other than dark dark, its a splendid place for chill and romantic cuddle with a nice draft or wine in hand.......provided u drive pple.....sobz

P.S still awaiting the pics......haha"GOOD" Friday..... my plans of kayak and cycling didnt really came true, but it was still good. Morning "bread" heavy breakfast with my Sherlyn at cafe cartel. E 2nd half was with the Babas!!! Aska and Yen!! caught the movie, 23......nice twist, a tad too dragy for me..... just for fun, i told Aska, pssst......160485 = 1x6+4+8+5 = 23, vivian , ur're 23 this year.....BOOWe had dinner at the wanton mee store at sunshine plaza and then i brought them to the secret garden, which was introduced to me by sherlyn, haha they loved the ambience, i thought it was alright.....girls......well, supper never really care to leave me alone on weekends......... lee wei, me, cx, ch and rob ended up surping up dim sum in the wee hours at geylang, ARGH........the fats......

s Rob found an abandoned kitten at a carpark near his gf's place on sat nite....... of cos he wouldnt leave it just there, so we decided to pass it to wilson's mum. we were fussing over the little one the whole sunday, trying to keep it warm, got him evaporated milk and then a nursing bottle. initially it was eating but.................... came sunday and monday, its relentless whining and even reject the milk. its not easy to raise babies.......... i mean kittens too. we and auntie eventually decided to give little rob to SPCA. We brought it there with heavy hearts....sob sob. first time to SPCA, and i can tell u the sight of homeless pets isnt nice at all. Rob and Wil in the pic...........little rob slpin in the centre (named after robin) Lets pray little rob will not learn the hard facts of life and hit the dirt.....haha got some pics of Fri-nite when i go pick my from form the Sahara at boat quay. first time there, and its not really that nice hahaha. anyway it was fun eventually and of cos introducting wilson, the drunk dude (its not his bday)

HAHA, late posting again!!! but then again, PS-ing pics take really a while k

Anyway, fri nite was quite an eventful night haha..... first up was with sherlyn at Taka!!! bought chocos for friends and had pasta at AMBUSH!!! it was a pretty affordable meal and its yummy!!!
Grilled scallop and swedish meatball pasta!!!!

After makan, we decided to go for DESSERTS!!!.......hey aska, heres a preview of Canele!!! me and sher like the choco classique. we went pretty late, there wasnt much choices left, but trust me, this is as good!!!
went to check for fables at Kino, sher's anxious about Bigby and Snow White's pack of babies!!! she was so sweet and bought me Marvel 1602! by NEIL GAIMAN!!! Heres sher's posses of the day!

We decided to be on our way home before the crowd, and i had to meet up with my pals!!! It was quite a happening night eventually, went down boat quay's Sahara and only reach home at 5 am!, witness my bud did stupid stuffs, before doing the mess-cleaning......lucky you're not heavy haha, (we're even liao ah, Wil!!!)

slept at 3am on tues night due to a trio of crime scene inspired shows by channel 5!! everyone was asleep and i happen to be still awake, so no choice, the box was the only it around.

Cold case: not that fantastic, but enjoyed the show falling into BW mode whenever they do flashbacks...pretty cool

there was one more, LVPD CSI team: 2 part series, probably i will stay up and watch again? hmmm

anyway wonder how pple out there generate new scripts all the time, probably sick enough to think of new murder plots? the autopsy scenes usually draw a chuckle from me, especially when they joke over findings......prob need to ask my sis's bf to verify that.....if he deals with dead bodies frequently haha

beenz quite a while since the last time i blogged. ignored all the calls to update and left "My world" to rot nearly a year ago while in the states. The blog never really serve its original purpose of updating as my travel blog, ended up using the good old ways of a diary( anybody wanna read?) haha.

Lets see now, currently a super unmotivated year 4 to be student, still attached (to a super lovable, alien with permanent head damage if u get what i meant), doing boring internship at Hyflux instead of TW with jing jie there, missing a left knee ACL...........the list goes on, and i know it'll bore u to death.

Kinda of miss life on the run, but everyones, get anchored to sth eventually, even just for a while. Glad that me bros and sis are always around for a good drink and laugh. Met a few more good souls at me workplace..... glad to have them as friends and not those common HI and BYE types. brought them to timbre once, and probably realised my folly, haha probably i'm the only bad guy ard. At least these friends bright up the dim IA i've been having, with absolutely no good factors except that its in Kallang Bahru.

Well, not sure if sherlyn's leaving for the states this holidays. i'll be darn free!!!. half way through IA already, haiz still got tons of resolutions to meet and flabs to shred......CANT run isnt an excuse alex!

think i have over written, mostly crap anyway.....do look out for the fully completed skin once i finally get done with it, (as my friends can testify to my tortoise-ness in blogging) till next time, probably can update u peeps on my new pals.

UNDER CONSTRUCTION

another day in NYC

this is the dunnoe which day of me in NYC, i am actually in cody right now, but since my trip is going through some hiccup and cody is so so small haha. maybe mountain climbing later, but for now i will do some bloggin of stuffs a month back. This is me and sherlyn in broklyn botanic garden. she actually check up this place becos she noes i love nature. isnt she sweet. its really quite nice and i think its a sat cos free morning admission!!

we then took our time and walk across the old famous brooklyn bridge, a long walk under the hot sun but its a beautiful walk. a short walk through brooklyn's neighbour is rather nice too! crossing the bridge u see the beautiful old day artictechture of the bridge and a rather nice view of the east river of NYC and the mahattan bridge. (pls forgive my spelling)

we then walk across to the immigrant NYC, chinatown and little italy. beautiful side of NYC, really messy as u expect in chinatown, and u cant believe the prices of fresh grocceries, so much cheaper than atlanta, i guess the rent probably make up the rest of high living standards in NYC. we had lunch at a HK wanton shop and then continue up down Canal st then to So-Ho shoppin district. haha i keep restricting sherlyn's expenditure, so bad of me.

although there was daylight saving hours, we still managed to shop into the night, through the shops and flea markets. we then came to the university city and then the greenwich village area (west) this is a more yuppie side of NYC, pretty cool and a lot of teenagers in the hostels and housing apartments. there is also a couple of jump bars and sex shops and yup its not a really safe side of town at night. this is the famous arch in washington park. also the emblem of the university. the park is really cool. tons of local music people gather and play a tune or two together. we hung out a while more before heading back to our hostel to rest our tired feet.

FINALLY, I SEE SHERLYN AGAIN AFTER SO DARN LONG........ picked her up at JFK airport on the 11th (sorry for not blogging though i had internet connection in NYC, was always too tired course by the time we were ready, its already 2am everynight)
staying at Big Apple Hostel was real cool, it was after all, my first hostel stay!!! right next to times square and broadway!!! 35 dollars a night per person isnt so cheap, but the deal its pretty good, wireless internet and clean facilities, though the staff attitudes might be better!!!

New york is like no other city i have seen before, super bright neon lights everywhere and streets oozing with people. The big apple is truly spectacular. i dont really enjoy the city life, neither did sherlyn. there was so so much to see that even 5 days wasnt sufficient, poor sherlyn was made by me to walk walk walk, especially after the blur girl dropped her 24 dollars one week unlimited pass, we had to walk more to save money, hai.........

new york was going through a bad spell of weather, and i having underestimating the weather, wore so little, (thought i still in the south) i eventually fell sick, but my normal treatment of tea plus 2 panadols did the trick.

i love walking through the neighbourhoods, especially east and greenwich, not the safest place (minus harlem) but the atmosphere great! and not forgetting SOHO, where its a cross btw singapore's orchard and thailand's flea market.....you can shop till you drop!!!

anyone going to MMOA should prepare at least half a day for it, its super big!!!! and i guess some of the exhibits also appeal to non art lovers. and central park, BIG BIG green in the middle of the city, not as big as the park in Phili but it has more different design to provide a great spot for the city people. got to check out the ramble, great small trekking area.

ground zero is an emotional place, i can remember the time when i was shouting to my mum back in JC when i was watching the events unfold on news channel. and so many years later, the memorial is in the midst of construction and yet the emotions its holding, never never dissipates

i and sherlyn really had a great time there, and i dun doubt the crazy rentals one have to pay if living in the city, but there are tons of stuff to save money and cheap eats, especially chinatown, though a bit cramped, you get good food.

Yup, after a nerve wrecking 22hrs bus ride, i am here finally, PHILI!!!! Cheese steaks!!! no lah.....carry my big bag around is no no joke. should take photo of me and my gigantic backpack!!

yah the bus ride wasnt supposed to be so long, who expects that the greyhound has learner drivers without instructor one, holland from baltimore to phili. lucky my bus partner, warren lived in phili before, but still a bit off hahaha.

it was a interesting bus trip. Charleston-columbia-faytteville-richmond-washington DC-baltimore-Philadephia. met a guy call guy who went to carolina to visit his mum and its rushing back to Rohde island to his wife who is soon to give birth to their third daughter.

greyhound is not exactly the type of transportation the rich would take so you can kinda expect mainly the jobless and poor will take the service to other cities to look for relatives or work.

while i was in charleston, had a short chat with david about the government recent issue about immigrants. hes for the immigrants as to him, some of them are much hardworking than most americans he know and they are really essential to the country.

but on this trip, i got a different view. jobless americans do not neccesserily understand david's point, especially if they lack of skills and have to look for unskilled jobs which a lot of illegal immigrants like e hispanics have already taken as u wont need to pay additional tax to employ them.

warren and guy are 2 such pple, you can hear their disapprovals of the immigrants and the lack of work. interesting, but its really none of my concern. this country is great but i think a lot of domestic affairs do need adjustment.

right now i am in ING direct, a cafe recommended by Lonely planet to get internet access. no free console, but plenty of uncrypted wireless my T43 love to hook on!!!

right now, i am waiting for a while more before meeting danielle, my host for this country. shes started a new job today. hope its great for her. looking fwd to seeing her!!!

yup, i left georgia tech and atlanta behind. Spent 645USD on my greyhound unlimited riding ticket. not the most comfortable way to go but i think its good enough for me to see this country. right now i am in a public library blogging.

haha GIP pple were great, weisiong and jingfeng gave me a 'Song Ka' sending off.......... thanks the Zhaoli and JJ, got a free ride to the Station and yup off i set off to my first stop, Charlesto, SC. i will miss u all...XP, Eha, wh, Zy, soe, eileen......woah too many names la

haha got a stupid drunkand, self proclaimed US marines sniper.....dun noe true a not. but yeah he was entertaining enough and yah didnt noe how i put up with him for the whole journey haha

David Carter my host, and mind u a wonderful man picked me up in Donchester county. Gave me a short tour of the beautiful pennisula and off i set to explore the city, love the beautiful buildings and spent some time indulging in its beauty. the best thing about charleston is that u see the most beautiful women america has to offer (so far) dun noe why but a lot of them are in charleston, maybe because of the party scene? or jus that beautiful places comes with beautiful chicks?

cant really describe what i have done in charleston but in short, i drank a lot, went party with some german uncles i met at waterfront park, met david's friends and drink some more.(all are superb drinkers) lucky i managed to refused a 3am invitation to a house party, if else i be dead drunk. i love this beautiful place.

david works as a stero technician and owns a beautiful house, and sometimes a part time waiter at a famous dinning place (which ought to be in lonely planet, just that its EX). Roberts of charleston. cool chef who sings and perfect ambiance.

thats pretty much the first day. woke up late due to the alcohol in my head on the 7th and we went for brunch! Charleston serves brunch on sunday as everyone wakes up late due to late night drinking. it was the graduation for the students at college of charleston and its cool as the graduates wear tuxs and gowns instead of boring grad gowns.

We went to the beach, folly beach which was beautiful (stupid weather though) laze around there and watch the beautiful sea. we crashed a politician party at Bowen's island for food and booze haha.... cool right. i bet they must be wondering wat is an asian doing there.

...................time is running short, got to go find david soon and set off for philidaphia!!!!!!!!

i guess its just too tedious to keep putting my journeys here in the states. easier to wait for me to go back then show you guys.

haven had the chance to call home for 2 weeks, dont know i busy on wat? haha its the dead week now and i have to pia report and project everyday, haha you know wat it means? it means my project group mates are as slack as me!!!! thats not true la, if not for them, i think we will have no programming code and i will fail this idiotic course.

haha i am really lousy with remembering b-days. forgot suli's one haha, better get her sth when i go back. haha hope KW will like the cheapstake present i got him and robin then brotherhood pendent haha!!!. and of cos CX, THE PORN MAGAZINE (he request one hahahaha....jokking)

sorry to hear about Roy and Ch's lost of dear ones, sorry that i am not ard to be at the wakes. but i'm sure u guys are strong.

been very busy planning summer trips doing stuffs here and there but not studying. really cant wait for the day sherlyn touch down to be here!!!

haven been able to complete my plans yet but i have to say i will miss Atlanta and GIT though its actually boring at times hahaha.

SPRING BREAK TO FLORIDA

haha, jumping some small road trips i am going straight into spring break, a week has passed since spring break, and reality of our last month has sunk in. but that would be another blog entry.

the spring break was Mar 19 to 26th, haha i noe during then, most of my NTU friends had already started studying for the finals liao rite, hai, think they finish liao, mine then start, and best of all i still dun noe when is mine haha. today is rather shitty day, but i think i shd jus blog my spring break first to cheer myself up hahaha

we went to quite a few places during spring break, Savanah-Orlando-Miami-Key west-Fort De Soto-Panama City Beac

there was so much to see and to me, i would rate some of these parts of florida as much more attractive than Georgia haha. Atlanta is pretty boring. Gas is not cheap, almost 2.90USD a gallon over in Key west, southern most tip of the continent of north america.

universal studios were pretty ok, but i wouldnt say fantastic. but i pretty much lke the way towns are set up in savanah, miami and key west. all are coastal cities, with much of a relaxed culture. Isnt it cool to have a bar opened in the middle of south beach or some where along the streets in key west looking over the Gulf of mexico? ( minus the risk of things like Katrina) Maybe i really will leave Singapore one day.

We reached Miami in the dead of the nite and slept in the car (got to save money u noe) watched the sun rise and enjoyed the beach(yeah the whole day). haha the rest got pretty tired at nite so i went on the streets alone. caught the World baseball classic with some Cubans. Yeah japan won! the streets and spanish bars are pretty cool. too bad the discos are too hip hop for my liking. found a taco bar to had some supper. turned out to be the voted best mexican taco in miami, comes with STUPID sauce. trust me, unless u noe my chilli level. dun try hahaha. left my stomach feeling hot the whole day!!!.

We went to explore the other part of south beach the next day and yah some of the gals and guys got excited seeing topless suntanning, haha ( i saw it in aussieland) the beach were rather happening but the best way to have fun in mexico is to know spanish as the majority of the population are spanish speakers and are hispanics. nevertheless, the place left a pretty good memory in my mind!!!

Mardi Gras 2006

hi hi friends, its finally me, catching up on blogging, lets GO. although i went to New Orleans like a month back, yah i noe, no pics and info rite. Katrina is still very much in the roads on route to Missippi. Mardi Gras, New Orleans was held in the main city, French Quarters, reopened after the disaster. I pretty much like the town, low rise buildins everywhere, a more subdued place (minus the bourbon St and St Louis lah) compared to big cities. U can see that, the place has only been partially cleaned up as i think the city cant afford to miss Mardi Gras, i'm sure they get tons of money out of it.

yah, the parades wasnt as flashy as the Chingay back home, wats unique is the rows of people by the side, vying for the attention of the performers who will then throw u tons of BEADS. hi hi friends, its finally me, catching up on blogging, lets GO. although i went to New Orleans like a month back, yah i noe, no pics and info rite. Katrina is still very much in the roads on route to Missippi. Mardi Gras, New Orleans was held in the main city, French Quarters, reopened after the disaster. I pretty much like the town, low rise buildins everywhere, a more subdued place (minus the bourbon St and St Louis lah) compared to big cities. U can see that, the place has only been partially cleaned up as i think the city cant afford to miss Mardi Gras, i'm sure they get tons of money out of it.
yah, the parades wasnt as flashy as the Chingay back home, wats unique is the rows of people by the side, vying for the attention of the performers who will then throw u tons of BEADS. hey this is a back log of our trip organised by the office of internation affiars here for us, the exchange students. same as any other trip, yup its taken up by the majority of SINGAPOREANS haha. the weather was darn good, hard tons of fun with my camera i tell u. we visited the archelogical (spelling) site of an old early east american indian preservation site. it was pretty cool, jus that the tale is sad.

The indians were the original occupants of the country, so u could say columbus bought the end of their civilization, but i dun think anyone recognize the fact of the sufferings of the Indians back them. this camp was relatively young before the yankees taken over by invading (u could see from some of the pics that the mount didnt get very high ( the height of the mount increases with the passing of a chief or improtant person)

the place was beautiful and we got to see their way of lifeand style. we later went on to see the last generation of Native Indians, the Cheerokees. They were the last batch and yeah, there are still many of them around except that most dun live in georgia anymore, they were relocated to Oklahorma state back then, when the americans decided the western half of georgia was also needed for development ( the orignally given the western half to the indians) so the entire Cheerokee population was forced on a more than several hundred miles long trek through a terrible winter to the Oklahorma state. many died along the way. sad isnt it, life?

I guess i have always given my dear, family and friends that i'm kinda of a loner, and more of a wanderer. Guess when i hear my friends' problems over skype and my dear stressed over FYP and no one nagging at me at my ear (mum). u will start to think bout them, i still dun miss home, and the company heres great. but those people already have a place in ur heart....... think i need to treasure things i have taken for granted when i reach SG.

Things are great here, if staying here was a choice, i will greatly take it. haha there are many friends that i've made while i'm here, locals and also my other GIP mates. Every one is unique and different, like one of my fellow dudes like to say, treat the rest u wan them to treat u irregardless of their faults..... tough man. There are always things happening around us, some we are able to comprehend but definitely not all of it, i hope before it all ends, each and everyone of us will be true friends.

i wun say, everyones perfect, cos everyone's inperfect and i'm definitely one of those. I think my buddies back in SG noes that i keep my problems mostly to myself, and yah sometimes from sherlyn also. Thats why i hate making choices, cos thats when u have to expose your thoughts...........too much stuffs been happening around me, and i'm just ignoring the issues.

Cheng xi, wilson, rob and ah hua, u guys take care k, i know each of you are having much problems recently...........DUN KEEP DRINKING WITHOUT ME........ let me know if u guys need a listening ear, i will call back! serious...

BASEBALL season is finally here!!! things in school had been going real boring and tough, lucky i got some baseball to watch, and best still i only then came to realise Georgia Tech is ranked 3rd in national college baseball and Altantic coast conference champion.....zai right

Now is still pretty much the pre season, and GT is still undefeated....here u see some of the pics of their clean sweep over Kenesaw State College in a 3 days series which we won 3-0.......... i even caught a FOUL BALL!!! yeah

this was real fun stuff, better than frat parties.......strip girls and free flow of liquer........(YAH RITE).............there was no alcohol except for a bottle of ale, it was some VDAY party in my apartment, haha the girls came up with muffins and nice cards and hugs for us, it was real sweet of them. we chatted, played stupid games and took lots of photos. this has got to be a craziest valentine i had. but yeah, valentine is really quite empty without sherlyn, miss her lots on that day, got scolded by her for my last post on flowers haha. wonder when my parcel is gonna reach her hahaha. hope it reaches by next week!!! things has been going quite well, the first round of stupid exams are over, not expecting to be doing well(all study the day before one) haha lucky theres no grade conversion for my subjects here.

things here are doing great, got used to getting the best deals for grocceries and fighting off unneccessary temptations. the knee is hurting bad after i refuse to give it proper treatment(means not resting, u guys know how much i hate the doc's) yah and of cos, who would turn down an invitation of soccer? haha. Please dun scold me haha

had a great talk with one of the guys last nite (neglecting work as usual). well, he was having some problems and i happen to be there to offer a listening ear. like i always told sherlyn and my friends, that life isnt fair, just try to get back on your feet and see how well u can then cope with the situation. that has mostly been my law of life whenever i run into trouble.

he was a really a nice guy, but just that his eyes has been closed for too long to the reality around him. haha but at the end of the day i do appauld his principles of life, haha been nice to others, EVEN if they're not nice to u. haha if that includes swallowing anger, i think my stupid temper would never allow that haha. but i'm sure the dude will sleep well everynight with his conscience feeling good all the time. hopefully he dun meet too many hypocrites around in life haha

Hey happy valentines to all loving couples out there and friendship week rite, back in singapore? hahaha got scolded for not giving flowers to sherlyn haha better remind myself next year both anniversary and valentines must give mandatory flowers hahaha...

pretty normal day, but yah same as back home, u do see stalls in school selling small novelty items for the day haha. me got back pretty late, but still managed to bake a brownie for my friends, too bad for those who didnt tasted it!!!

Back Log: Ski trip to North Carolina

last weekend, we set off for north carolina! Skiing, the rest of the guys couldnt go as they have lessons on friday, ahaha me zhiyu and xue went with 2 other guys from the last batch GIP group. they went skiing a lot! we rented a car and off we went!! as Georgia's state laws restricted the use of fireworks, we stumbled upon a FACTORY of fireworks in south Carolina!!! we bought sufficient TNT to blow my hostel away!!! (jokking) but its really amazing to see their range of fireworks. We didnt get to play with it on the way back as it was raining, but soon.....haha.

Skiing was SHIOK, though i rushed into the intermediate level and sprained my knee, the adrenaline kept me pretty much going and yah, i'm suffering the consequences now haha. managed to even try the advanced slope, although i tumbled down real funny! and boy was it steep or wat, i reckon that hill was a 60 degrees or more!!!

we had tons of fun but haha i was pretty much sleeping on the way back, stupid pain in the knee.... heres some pics.....hope i get to go again before the snows all melted

Singapore 25th January 2006, 4 years ago, on this day, i held her hands and asked her to be my girl friend. 4 years later, today, though i am not physically with her......my heart and mind is aching for her. happy anniversary sherlyn. It has been a long journey, and i'm not complaining as i have enjoyed every single moment of you being beside me. You have made me a better person but definitely still got a lot to work on. In a sense, i feel lifes more complete with u around, and u're always there to bridge the gap between me and my family......i'm not a family person, my siblings can testify for me hahaha.

this isnt the first time i am away from you, Australia, in camp, Brunei and now the States, i know its unfair to leave u for like half a year but u know me and you didnt voice your protests. I just love you so much for who you are....i really appreciate the time we have together so far. hang in there dear, i know its tough and especially when you are in year 4. I know u are a strong girl k and you will do fine. I miss you a lot, and u know it too.

Sorry for not blogging over the weekend, was out almost the entire weekend. hai....life is getting tougher.....all the work and projects.... the happiest thing this entire got to be the 10 kg ($150) parcel i received from home!!! text books, goodies and tons.......love my mum sis and dear. AH...finally, coffee from singapore.... the states got to be the land of the coffee makers......think its a standard issue to every home....and its dirt cheap....but not the filters....buy one back to SG??? New year is coming back home.....hope everyone will be happy and all the standard well wishes, i not really the CNY kinda of person, so not actually missing it like my other friends except perharps bak kwa? haha very touched to see the prawn crackers, wonder my mum or dear buy and send one?

14th Jan, after Atlanta Underground at MARTA(mrt equivalent) station : Five Points. we went to do our weekend groccery shopping at Chamblee Chinatown. A pretty small place at the outskirts of Georgia. a good ten minutes walk from the station was super cold!!!! dont be fooled by the blue skies.......its horrible winds out there....lucky we were there in the afternoon

13th jan (late entry), after my porridge lunch, we made plans to head down to the Georgia aquarium.......the biggest in the world. Tix not on sale on weekend as they are always fully booked. It was already past noon and we decided to try our luck. Then soon the sky darkens and yah, the first big rain i see in US...... hai..... luckily good ol Edmund (a exchange student who went NTU last semester) drove us down, and cos of the big rain.....there wasnt the usual queue......YEAH.....

One of the key exhibits of the aquarium.....the beluga whales.....they are housing 2 males with 2 other females on loan for a breeding program...one of the males was rescued from a mexico's entertainment park and is still receiving treatment for its skin irritation......poor thing...they're real pretty...

The highlight of the river exhibit.....PIRAHNA....think gerald cho will be delighted to see this haha..too bad there wasnt a feeding time.....if else....i'll throw him down

the tropic river section is pretty packed with the kinda of fishes you see in aquariums or fish shops back home. but i pretty like the idea of doing it the same style as the sea portion......walking under the river style.....pretty cool

The tropical diver section was pretty much like the one i saw when i visited Sydney's aquarium. a big reef tank with several smaller ones on their inhabitants. what stood out was the simulation of waves in the reef tanks.......

The gift shop was packed with loads of soft toys.......think sherlyn would buy every single penguin and whales there hahaha......this was the exit as well....we left just before closing to avoid the jam...the girls took edmund's car and the guys walked......haha

This was last sunday, me and eng hwa went exploring before needing to meet shannen and prof lee for some orientation to the farmers' market. since we need to be at Tech Sq at 3, we decided to make use of our time and headed all the way up 10th street. many cool stuffs on the way but the best was at the end of the line....the Piedmont Park

Guess what is this place? its super crowded by......DOGS. ah mun, i think u will love it. This place is about 3 soccer fields in size, and here owners unleashes their dogs and let them have free interactions and HAVE FUN!!! cool right!!! i went in and the dogs are jus running past you and stuff.....wah dog paradise...

We ended our exploration at this SUPERB homemade ice cream place. i chose "DEATH BY CHOCOLATE" It was super good and details were paid to making it the best right to the end. even the cone was thickly coated by choco!!! hai after this we moved to get our grocceries......

Haven been blogging for some time.......lazy a bit, things have been good and i would say Prof Lim Siow Yong has been most helpful. Though i cant clear computational and hydrology, at least i got my EID and 2 other year 3 subjs.Hw is piling up but i'm quite lucky to get myself a study group. although my project is still hanging in the air...... cooking everyday is quite taxing, and i always wish sher was here to taste.

hai, been really pampered here by NTU so far. haven really experienced totally the feeling of an exchange program, think jieying and von shd be having a better exp so far. sch's first day, hopefully things will pick up soon. got some frustrating moments here though, but no problem, human nature is such a complex thing, and it only further mutates when one is pushed to a corner.......not that i am complaining, but jus dont understand why some pple succumb to pressure.....oh well.....best moment so far? running in the cold cold day in a stupid singlets and shorts and chatting with my dear on webcam........... heres some more pics...

haven been blogging for a while, tons of things happened and passed recently. IHG season is over....hockey was fun....i didnt play rugby... stupid toe. strike outs in softball.....i hate foul balls...... Kw, do win hall 6 k, create history for Hall 15 softball!!!

Hai..........the one reason, everybody say in order to spurge on shopping....CHRISTMAS. haha anyway i did it simple with sherlyn, i bring u shopping and u bring me shopping haha. tired and simply too busy to think of what to buy. lucky i got the help of yuliang and got a pair of webcam for sher and me, how sweet am i... haha

no fancy dinner, but rather same as last year.... me and sherlyn at my place and me whipping up some simple dishes.... cheesy prawns and turkey ham apple salad..... drool...

kinda crazy to be putting 3 entries one shot today, given that this idiot haven posted anything since starting a blog at......begining of last sem??? but i just have to top it off with my trip up to ophir and malacca. as usual, tour master, NAS brought me sherlyn and guang hao for a getaway (needed one too and i so glad sherlyn's fever subsided in time) good old ophir brought back nice old memories and malacca sure fed me well, secret recipe TOM YUM KUNG and night market CHAO DA fish. definitely something i would miss in US.........time to buy chilli powder to bring over...........would i miss home?? BTW, thanks NAS. will miss your driving and a ever ready supper buddy!!!

this is a long over due post....haha it was a pleasant surprise that my Uni first year friends decided to hold a small celebration for my birthday. (22 years of age liao, wasnt really thinking much abt b-day cos didnt tell any hall mates of my b-day) was quite a dist from them as i am in ENE while they're mainly in MAE. it was so sweet of them, Rach, Vince, JM, Annaconda and friends.....not forgetting guest appearance of OSWALD....hes darn cute!!!! anyway some pics...

me, sherlyn, ch and vann went to ubin, haha u pple wun believe it, cos its vann and sher's first time to UBIN!!! haha wonder whats their childhood. The trip was fun, though the fishing was super disappointing at the MAMA beach. Kinda sad that ubin isnt that rural anymore, tons of man made structures everywhere....... but our great spirit wasnt even dampen when a super big downpour descended upon us. the great day ended with a big seafood dinner!! sure its fun, dun worry mee mee, me and sherlyn will bring u there for ur virgin trip too............

Hai, blogspot murdered my first attempt at blogging, THEY SHUT DOWN MY PREVIOUS BLOG!!! (lucky only got a couple of posts and yah it was under construction...)

Aniwae, my fault for indulging too much into my exams that i forgotten abt updating it, my comp with all the scripts done halfway was down anyway.....

i hope to be consistent in blogging this time and hope to get this complicated thing dressed up with a custom script (of cos i will be using ideas from blogskin and will honor their skins) and some posts......
